Armed man robs Fenton bank | Law and order

Police are searching for an armed man who robbed the Reliance Bank at 1000 South Highway Drive on Wednesday.

No one was hurt in the robbery, at 9:02 a.m., according to St. Louis County Police.

The robber entered the bank and approached a bank teller, then displayed a firearm, police said. The man then demanded money from the teller’s register. He left with an undisclosed amount of money in an SUV.

The robber was described as a black male, about 30 with a heavy build, wearing a red shirt and dark shorts.

The vehicle is described as a light-colored 2009 Jeep Liberty with Missouri license plate UH1-G7P.
