The Mooch is back.
Bill Hader appeared as Anthony Scaramucci on the first summer episode of “Saturday Night Live Weekend Update,” just weeks after the real New York financier was ousted from his position as White House communications director after just 10 days.
“When I hear my name three times, I appear,” Hader’s Scaramucci said on a Facetime call with host Michael Che.
Asked if he regretted anything about his time at the White House — or the explicit call to a New Yorker reporter in which he attacked ex-chief of staff Reince Priebus as a “paranoid schizophrenic” — the faux Mooch only had one clarification.
Instead of saying “Steve Bannon was trying to ‘s’ his own ‘c,’” Scaramucci insisted that he “didn’t say he tried — he did.”
“Tip to tongue,” Hader said.
He also compared himself to “human cocaine” before wrapping up his hectic call.
“The Mooch has no regrets, baby,” he said.
“All I did was sell my company, miss the birth of my child and ruin my entire reputation, all to be king of idiot mountain for 11 days.”
He ended the call with his own take on an old Andrew Dice Clay joke.
“Hickory dickory dock, Steve Bannon,” he said before being abruptly cut off.
