Sunset Hills police looking for teenage bank robber | Law and order

SUNSET HILLS • Police are looking for a teenager in a bank robbery here Friday afternoon. 

Police say he robbed the U.S. Bank at 11685 Gravois Road shortly before 4 p.m. 

Police described the robber as white, in his mid- to late teens, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a red baseball cap with no markings on it, a red T-shirt with “St. Louis” in white on the front, and black pants. 

The teenager walked up to a teller and presented a note demanding money, police said. He later fled on foot with an undetermined amount of cash. 

No one was injured in the robbery, police said. The teenager did not display a weapon or indicate he had one. 

Detectives are reviewing surveillance video, police said. The investigation is ongoing.
