Every Waitrose supermarket has slightly different opening hours, with times varying between 7am and 10pm.

Sunday: Normal Sunday opening hours, 10am-4pm or 11am-5pm.

Bank Holiday Monday: Revised holiday opening hours, 9am-6pm or 8pm for most stores.
