Woman killed after hitting road sign while hanging out the window of moving car

A Russian woman has died in a car accident after she hit her head while hanging out of the window on the passenger side while the driver recorded her on a mobile phone.

Natalia Borisovna Borodina, from Moscow, was on holiday in the Dominican Republic when the horrific incident occured.

The 35-year-old was killed when she was struck in the head by a road sign while she was hanging out of a moving car’s window which then flung her out of the vehicle.

The driver of the car, Ivanna Boirachuk, was recording Natalia, who had removed her bikini top, when the shocking incident happened on a highway near Punta Cana, in the Dominican Republic.

In the video, Natalia, who sold housing and other real estate to Russian citizens, can be seen hanging out of the passenger side window and playfully sticks her finger in her mouth and laughs at the camera seconds before the tragedy occured.

Natalia was rushed to hospital after the incident but she died there due to ‘serious injuries’. It is understood she had a child.
